My mother in law has made these for years and they are a family favorite for everyone!! The best part - you can make them in bulk on Sunday, wrap them in tin foil and freeze them and take them out as you needed. Just pop them in the toaster oven or air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 - Cans of Crescent Rolls (16 rolls)
2 - 8oz blocks of cream cheese
2 pounds of breakfast sausage
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of seasoning salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
Directions:
Brown breakfast sausage and drain grease. Add garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper and mix in with sausage. Add cream cheese blocks and mix cream cheese melted.
Open crescent rolls and scoop in spoonful of sausage mixture to the bottom (larger) section of the triangle and roll up fold up crescent roll so all of the sausage mixture is covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes.
**If freezing allow to cool and wrap individually in tin foil. Place in freezer. To reheat put in toaster over or air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes**
